How do you not let yourself get too affected by social media?

I just have fun, learn new things, and enjoy myself....So easy to make new, interesting friends.

I really struggle with that. I try to take breaks but then I’m pretty much alone so it’s hard. Nobody should have to choose between nothing and something that often makes me feel worthless

make effigy's of the people I don't like, stab them, soak them with gasoline and set them on fire... 🤔😉

I keep resetting myself to focus more on my man rather than everyone else. He knows me and what I need best.

Don't use it or use sporadically....Nothings worth the hassle

I try to disengage for a day or two.

I check myself , and my thought flow.

If social media is consuming any parking space in my mind while not on it, then i know its time to take a break.

It is tricky giving this place enough cognitive meaning and input to make it stimulating , without giving it too much to become personal .

I think that's why many resort to goofing off, trolling, smart assery and jokes .These require no personal emotional value .

This is the only social media I use consistently.

By not giving a crap.
