How do you not let yourself get too affected by social media?

Sometimes I want to seriously take a long ass break. I'm getting over it.

I really struggle with that. I try to take breaks but then I’m pretty much alone so it’s hard. Nobody should have to choose between nothing and something that often makes me feel worthless
