Hard to say. When the left does it they call it canceling, when the right does it they call it boycotting. They try to use different terms but it's all the same thing.
Taken at face value, the way the phrase has been co-opted, it would be easy to say Liberals. But Liberals aren't banning books. Or threatening to destroy RINO's, Democrats or anyone who goes against the agenda. Could be a toss up based on how you see the phrase.
@Greyjedi I don't know. I guess you could ask the families of the hundreds of thousands of "home researchers" who died of Covid how that worked out for them.
There's a difference between researching out of curiosity and researching so you can find the answer you want. 'Question everything,' from where I'm standing, is nonsense. It's a phrase used by those who need enemies, conspiracy and things to blame. It makes them feel "empowered" and "special." So yeah. Question if climate change is real. Or if the earth is round. Or if Democrats eat babies. Go get the "research." Of course, that 'research" is created to manipulate so I guess it all comes down to the end user, right?
