I wonder if there are people out there today who are scared of Guy Fawkes?

Like I know what he did in real life, but is he used as a scare tactic to get misbehaving kids to straighten up? Like a "clean your room or Guy Fawkes will get you" kind of thing. Also!!!! Did this fear carry on to adulthood? The doctor is in.

No..I think the original meaning has been lost. I rarely hear people use the term “guy Fawkes night” it’s just bonfire or fireworks night
