My city has become a magnet for them due to endless charity without responsibility. A young woman got stabbed in the face a few days ago here while she was waiting for a bus at a bus stop. A man was threatened the next day by a panhandler. Things are happening here due this problem on a daily basis that I would have never imagined a decade ago. The city council seems deaf to the cries of the citizens of the city. We have dozens of parks here and the transients want to take them over, they are littering up the city and sleeping on sidewalks near or in front of businesses. So many small businesses are closing up. Have never seen so many empty buildings with “for lease” signs on them. Some have been vacant for well over a year now.

Hmm. The girls above me are young and pretty Ukrainian refugee callgirls. The guys beside me are overdosing druggies with rap sheets. Still, it's considered one of the best neighborhoods.

@SW-User Sounds sensible.

As economic pressures increase, crime and vice will follow. :(
nudistsueaz · 61-69, F
@Samek so just the economy and not the invasion?
Iwillwait · M
No. However I do not live in Washington DC.
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
No. It’s a good neighborhood except we have a homeless encampment a couple of blocks away at the ravine. But they stick themselves and don’t bother anyone
Colonelmustardseed · 36-40
No. It’s full of ordinary retirees. We have new neighbors that are a young couple. I’m betting they move away in a few years.

How can someone be an "ex-felon"? Once you are a convicted felon...You are always a felon. Ask trump.
nudistsueaz · 61-69, F
Starting to become that way and will only get worse as the invasion continues.
Selah ·
