@uncalled4 the whole reason i made this post is because i drove through a town where it was 3.75. 30 mile difference and 70 cent difference in price

@SW-User I hear you. I'm talking about almost that much price difference just down the road a mile or so. I realize that state and local taxes really jack up the price, but as I said, there weren't these huge jumps in price before.

@Teslin oh there's taxes... And the oil companies put a fixed percentage of profit on top of that. I feel the margin should be capped at a specific amount rather than a percentage.

@SW-User Hang onto that denial and worship of your pedo king doing all this in YOUR best interest. EVERY president prior to trump refused to use our oil reserves until Congress forced them too. Then those reserves were refilled.....immediately. Trump opened them up as soon as bad numbers came in on how inflation was raising under him. Trump is clueless what leadership is...........don't care.....and has said he don't give a damn about inflation or affordability to the American people....of anything. He had no reason to start this war and he is absolutely clueless about how to end it. There is no end in sight and when there is............it will be Iran calling the shots for what we owe them for this. And meanwhile that 24% of the worlds oil supply ...every single day............is not being pumped or shipped. The world never held an "oil supply" anyplace. What is drilled and pumped on daily basis more of less matches daily demand. Subtract 24% a day......means reserves worldwide gets tapped. How long do u think that lasts before they run dry?

In the past we had presidents that did their jobs....knew how to do that job. Now we have trump.
