I shut out the whole world, studied 12 hours a day for 1 whole year, took pills for my brainsickness. Put my "sorrow on the farthest place on my shelf".....cleared an exam and got a job.
This was during covid. I was unemployed and extremely depressed with nothing to go for me.

A false God was holding me back.
When I tried to free myself from addiction I called out to every God that the three Abrahamic religions had to offer, and no help came.
I then decided to only focus on the God that created the Universe, the one that has no name. It was then I discovered that I had everything in me to walk away from my addiction. It hasn't been easy, but I was led to believe I needed a miracle when all I needed was to know that I was born with everything I needed to conquer anything I faced in life.

By not fearing the outcome. There’s something about the fear of failure that can completely hold you back from doing practically anything awesome and rewarding in this life. But once you start accepting failure is just a part of life, you start living it more.

Exposure, daring to do what scared me the most made me realize my potential to make my life meaningful and happy. A part of that exposure is talking about it. The next just as important thing was boundaries. I started to have standards. Of how I'm allowed to be treated and not.

Multiple things have been holding me back.

- Fear of lonliness (being content with my own company)

- Fear of shame and suffers

- Fear of giving up /isolation / deep depression coming back

I stopped giving a fuck about somethings .. then let it go too far and stopped giving a fuck about anything but my sons. Still struggling to rebalance some things and get back on track.
