Have you ever quit going to a business due to bad service?
I stopped going to this one store because they're always rude to me whenever I would stop in. Never understood why because I was always patient and friendly.

Yes, we used to buy fish and chips where the owner used to always be yelling at his staff. I think if you have to discipline your staff, do it away from customers ear shot. I reviewed the restaurant and wrote that I wouldn't be going again because of the manager's unprofessional attitude.
