Would you let your son or daughter drop out of school if they asked you

The way school is today....or rather most of the students - id much prefer they drop out and get a functiona job if they were struggling with it.

Not easily. I have rather bright kids and I would fight them hard on this course of action. It is, however, their life and their future to decide.

That happened with both my oldest and my middle son. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. I'm hoping they will pick up learning again when they are ready.

Depends on a few things... Agree obviously but what they intend to do...I think a lot of uni courses are a waste, an apprenticeship not so much... Trades are always good

School is mostly just babysitting so both parents can work so they can buy tons of crap no one needs.
