Have been since it first came to my state.

We have the Executive account. At the end of each year we get a huge pile of money back. The past two years it has been over $800. Never see a bill for it either, I guess they just deduct from the money they owe us for that part. Very worthwhile. If you are not a member you are losing out on a lot of free money.
