buriedalive · 51-55, M
@Dan193 Smoke is different
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@buriedalive it's just a lottpe bit of toxic air, no big deal, and it's outside. You can take it, it won't hurt you, much
buriedalive · 51-55, M
@Dan193 what about people with asthma or copd? It's difficult for them.
JimboSaturn · 56-60, M
Not like Canada has control over it and we aren't suffering too.

Have you heard of the US West Coast?
GerOttman · 70-79, M

averageguy · 46-50, M

@averageguy Now you`re delusional.
JimboSaturn · 56-60, M
@averageguy Well yes it does. It's a study, using measurable things, not someone's "feelings" or opinions.

@buriedalive Specifically, no. Generally, yes.
Canada has refused to increase any spending or coordinate resources across the country. They still fight fires regionally, when it needs to be coordinated nationally.
Canada's politicians are mostly ignoring this, preferring to spend their efforts on "root causes" of wild fires.
To be clear @Degbeme I understand there are firefighters right now risking their lives to control these blazes, my comment was directed at Canadian's politicians and leadership.

Degbeme · 70-79, M
There is no way in hell are we saying "oh well" they are being fought. There are so many and we only have just so many resources to fight it. We don`t control the wind.
