What would you do for lunch break at work?

I don't eat on my lunch break. I eat once a day.

I always took a sandwich from home and ate at my desk. Occasionally, the staff would go out for lunch to celebrate a birthday or something, and I always joined them.

Have a nap.

Usually ate between stops while driving. Took breaks and lunch required time off at the end of the day. Work got done, company was happy and the driver got an hours relaxation before going home.
