Man tonight’s workout kicked my butt

I didn’t do as much as normal just 3 miles on the bike and a 20 minute walk but fighting nausea while doing it was rough 😮‍💨 I think I’m going to have to cut back dramatically during this time

i rode my friends bike one mile once and fell on the ground afterward huffing 😅

@MommaBear oh a friend who had kids at the local collage took me to the gym there and i rode one of those stationary bikes with her.. afterwards i could hardly walk down the stairs out of the building 😅 ay

the other bike was on a sidewalk around a lake so it was fairly flat too but i was trying to go as fast as i could lol

@GoFish I mean it is really fun to go fast on a regular bike 😂 I used to do that and jump speed bumps as a teenager lol once I hit a patch of sand doing that and down I went.. horrible scrapes up my leg but so fun

@MommaBear i used to coast down the hill round the block from my house when i was 12 i had calf muscles from going up the hill so much lol
