When you start gettting sick how does it usually slowly start for you?

Sore throat first. Then runny nose in couple days and coughing as well in couple days. I'll say I don't miss it, as a teacher before COVID I was sick all the time. Ughhh. After COVID I still mask up in stores, I have not been ill in nearly four years.

i lose energy and feel lethargic

I don't usually get sick.
