Would you rather it be extremely cold or extremely hot?

Cold. Our bodies can conserve heat. Can't conserve coolness. We perspire to cool down, but yech. And I can overheat and get a migraine.

I've shoveled snow in shorts and flip flops. Does that answer your question?

heat can be uncomfortable. cold is painful. I'll choose uncomfortable any day
