Oh wow, I’m having similar pain. I’m pretty sure mine is nerve damage from an old work injury. It’s driving me nuts, nothing helps. I do get temporary relief when I rub muscle cream into the top of my foot.

@RebelRaven maybe we need magnesium?
RebelRaven · 51-55, F
@MommaBear I think you may be right, I could probably take it more consistently
MommaBear · 26-30, F
@RebelRaven I’ll start taking it again and see if that helps mine but keep me updated on yours 🤗

I get that, I was afraid it was gout...it's not...stretching my calf muscles on a regular basis helped - not sure why....

2 weeks is long. Do you apply diclofenac cream on it?
It doesn't need to be coming from your foot. It could be your spine but especially if it gets stronger while you move or walk. I think an orthopedist could help you.

Maybe plantar fasciitis?
I had that a couple of times. I was told to balance on the edge of a stair step on the balls of my feet and slowly lower my heels and then slowly raise them, lather, rinse, repeat.
I thought it sounded dumb. Until it worked.

@Mamapolo2016 it’s on the top of my foot going into my ankle though could it still be that?
Mamapolo2016 · F
@MommaBear I don’t know, but when I had appendicitis my butt hurt like fire which is somewhat atypical.
Captainjackass · 31-35, M
Maybe a hot bath? Try frequently massaging it but thats all I can think of.
RosaMarie · 46-50, F

NativePortlander1970 · 51-55

@NativePortlander1970 chiropractic care is a life changer for me and my family

@MommaBear A chiro fucked up my late ex fiancee's back even worse, saying her spinal arthritis was nothing more than misalignment and did an adjustment, she had to go on low dose steroids and permanent vicodin to deal with her constant pain.
