Okay so I’ve been having pain in this area (marked red) for over 2 weeks..

It feels like tight muscles but how do I get it to stop hurting? I’ve been to the chiropractor, done stretches, and today I had a hot stone massage with my pedicure… please give me a solution because it’s awful

🩺 What you can do NOW (safe, general steps)
✔ 1. Rest & Reduce Load
Avoid running, long walks, or high-impact movement.
✔ 2. Ice (15–20 minutes)
Several times a day to reduce inflammation.
✔ 3. Supportive Footwear
Avoid flat shoes or barefoot walking — both can worsen tendon pain.
✔ 4. Light elevation
If swelling is present.
✔ 5. OTC Pain Relief
Ibuprofen or naproxen may help if you can safely take them — follow package directions.
