Hugs to you momma. I think you are so lovely. Sorry you had those experiences. After my husband died I was struggling with sleeping because I could see him dying when I shut my eyes. Now, I often read the bible before going to sleep if I'm feeling sad, (or if you have a TV in your room, there's some you can put YouTube on with a sleep timer.) It is what's worked for me but give that man a big cuddle too. He will help you feel safe. Xxx

Is Cowboy with you tonight? I find leaning in my man for comfort always helps me sleep peacefully. At the very least, his presence makes me feel safe.
