I feel weird listening to someones counseling session at McDonald's

Wow, that's different. Maybe they were eating on the way to one of them being signed into rehab and discussing things? My mom used to like for my grandma to take her to McDonald's before she would sign herself up for in-patient sometimes so maybe or it's their sponsor?

Weird place to have a counselling session unless it's some kinda exposure therapy.

I know nature walks are a normal alternative but some people have unconventional methods. I can't imagine he'd discuss there if he wasn't comfortable with it unless it's just two friends talking.

Some support workers have no sense of time and place and need to advise those they are supporting to remember that they are in a public place.
