I feel weird listening to someones counseling session at McDonald's

I'm eating my lunch and these two men down the way from me are having some kind of counseling session. I feel like I'm not supposed to be hearing any of this. Only reason I noticed was because I heard something about snorting lines of coke.

Weird place to have a counselling session unless it's some kinda exposure therapy.

I know nature walks are a normal alternative but some people have unconventional methods. I can't imagine he'd discuss there if he wasn't comfortable with it unless it's just two friends talking.
