Anyone else get painful ovulation cramps?

They are called middleschmeryz, i am not sure of the spelling b sometimes taking ibuprofen a day or two before you are expected to ovulate, can prevent the serious pain. Check with your physician. Of course using birth control pills prevents ovulation.

My youngest daughter got horrible cramps when she was a teen.
A warm hand and alittle pressure helped her.

If it’s extremely painful maybe you should see a doctor. ♥
