Anyone else get painful ovulation cramps?
I’ve noticed ovulation has gotten painful lately and I get cramps so bad I have to use a heating pad

@WaryWitchWandering I’d almost rather go through contractions again because at least they came in waves but no ovulation cramps for me is constant
