Anyone else get painful ovulation cramps?
I’ve noticed ovulation has gotten painful lately and I get cramps so bad I have to use a heating pad

They are called middleschmeryz, i am not sure of the spelling b sometimes taking ibuprofen a day or two before you are expected to ovulate, can prevent the serious pain. Check with your physician. Of course using birth control pills prevents ovulation.
