Could you handle being a substitute teacher?

No. My adult children, both high school teachers, tell horror stories of how students treat subs. I wouldn't stand for it, so I would not only be fired, but might end up in jail.

No. I'd burn out inside of a week. I've DONE professional child care before, and after an hour I need tylenol, and I am desperate for their Mommies to come and get them.

Don't get me wrong...there are a LOT of kids who are adorable and SO sweet...and for every one of those there is a little devil sent from hell to torment teachers and care givers.

Nope. I hated every moment I ever spent in a classroom. And I'm a college grad.
