Yes. Just think how much time a kid spends in a school. A teacher is in a position of authority and applies rules based on his or her judgement and personal beliefs in a small social bubble. So for example if it's some wacko, there is a chance a kid might experience bullying, discrimination, unfairness or undeserved favoritism.
