Are you your own worst critic ?? If so, why do you think that is ??

Unfortunately yes. I second guess myself ALL the time, and am quick to say sorry even if it's not my fault. The reason is growing up with an abusive narcissist who was cruel and belittled me daily. It's very tough trying to reverse it.

I don’t know. On one hand I’m pretty proud of my success. On the other, there’s no way to be perfect. Life is about continuous improvement. So, of course I’m my own worst critic.
