When I went to the store. There's usually on sale shelves where a certain bag of chips or other items on sale.

Well, There's packages of Oreo Cookies on sale.....

Im gonna be a snob and say - i dont know why people rave about them, they're pretty bland🤷‍♀

@FreestyleArt ive been cautiously trying suppliments that indicate they might assist me in some way.

I was quite impressed with magnesium.
Its needed in over 300 bodily funtions, but i tried it primarily for sleep assitance.

It did help ...within days!
I noticed it also smoothed out my moods a bit.

I dont always take it (im shit with remembering to take tablets🙄) ...but wjen i do - it really helps. I was kinda amazed that it did.

Modern foods are pretty nutritionally weak.
So doing what youre doing - getting back to eating as natural as possible - is brilliant.
Its sybiotic. We evolved optimally to eat that way.
