I make my hot wings different. Instead using crumbs and heating for 45 minutes

I cook the shit out of it to make the skin a little crispy instead. Over an hour and 15 minutes.


Also I have to flip them every 7 minutes. Over 400 degree heat.

I dip mine in diluted Sriracha sauce, then in flour, repeat and then lay them on a pizza pan and sprinkle with salt, bake about 20 minutes on each side till they look right. And have them with Ranch dip. They are dry that way but have enough oil from the skin to make them tasty along with the Sriracha. The Ranch dip helps cool them down a bit.
