I dip mine in diluted Sriracha sauce, then in flour, repeat and then lay them on a pizza pan and sprinkle with salt, bake about 20 minutes on each side till they look right. And have them with Ranch dip. They are dry that way but have enough oil from the skin to make them tasty along with the Sriracha. The Ranch dip helps cool them down a bit.
