Well men have more muscle mass. I think it's fair they should help with the heavier lifting as long as she can do plenty of lighter jobs so she is still useful.

well she refused the heavy duty part of the work on the grounds she is a female and she actually said "she wants more babies"

I don't see a problem with it or what does that have to do with feminism
I'm a big guy and I will help anyone I can. Sometimes it is men who need help. Otherwise times it is me who needs help on things that some women are better than I am in doing.
That's not what feminism is about..

We are humans capable of using our brains to accomplish these heavy tasks. Carts and dollys should be employed to do these things. Get a teammate to help with the initial lifting.

Feminism doesn’t inherently require women to pretend physical differences aren’t there. If lifting occasional heavy crates isn’t explicitly in the job description and they are too heavy for her I don’t see a problem.

idk about her but i can lift and carry over 70 lbs . if she can't do her job she shouldn't be there

If the lifting is only an occasional event, it is clearly not an important part of the job description. So long as her male colleagues are happy to help, this could be a healthy team dynamic.

I don't think gender should come into the discussion.. there are limits to what you can lift by yourself.,

I'm not a feminist or a feminazi. She took the job knowing what it entailed, there by accepting those conditions. One complaint from a male colleague would probably cost her her job. If they are kind they will help her, if not, her employment status there is in jeopardy.
