Will Joe-6-Pack get to bowl and then have a cold one in the newly renovated Rose Garden?

The WH has approved a $250.000 no bid contract to up grade the lights in the WH bowling ally. The project will be funded by tax dollars so I think it is only fair that hard working Americans can use the WH bowling ally every now and then.

I'm also wondering if the Rose garden cold one's come with tiny paper umbrellas to match the new tacky patio furniture that tax payers paid for.

Removal of Rose Garden lawn - a large cement patio - tacky patio furniture:
60 gold leaf photo frames - 280 feet of gold leaf ceiling molding - 230 feet of gold leaf floor molding - assorted gold decorations.
A temporary sign that said - Oval Office - a permit gold leafed letter sign that said - Oval Office. And much much more.
