Make a deal with the Kurds to invade from the north, The Iraqis from the west. And the Afghans and Pakistanis from the east, the US providing air support. Tell them any territory they take they can keep.The Iran military would fold, they couldn't fight on so many fronts at once. Then the populace could get in a civilian gov't provided there is any country left. It could come out that the country of Iran could cease to exist, all pieced out between the neighbors.

It would take a full scale invasion. Boots on the ground, significant casualties, combined arms, air/sea/land and special forces. Also need full cooperation and participation from both the neighboring gulf states and Israel. That in itself is an obvious deal breaker. The two week timeline is achievable but highly unlikely.

I would hesitate severely to say that Iran won, I would just say it didn't completely lose and we didn't achieve total victory. Tehran has been weakened considerably by what has taken place.
