Trump unveiled a new design for the American passport featuring his face and some inspiring words - “Welcome, but be good'. The photo looks like his mug shot - so it seems like a joke Trump telling visitors to be good. Cheers and happy weekend!

U.S. passports are used by U.S. citizens traveling abroad. So the Welcome but be good part is weird. Some people are saying that it is like Trump doesn't know the difference between a passport and a immigration visa. Cheers and happy weekend!
