Maduro himself was not smart enough to become head of the Venezuelan drug cartel however. It is his WIFE who is the brains behind it.

Between the two of them, they have made alliances with China, Cuba, Russia, Iran, and Hezbollah.

But this is the MOST shocking part...the OIL they send to Russia is FUNDING the war in UKRAINE!!!
