Donald Trump leaves the White House with a wheelbarrow full of sensitive information and Republican/MAGA reaction is 'so what?'

Yet it's easy to imagine what would have happened if Obama had left office with as much as a Post It note stuck to the bottom of his shoe.

FOX NEWS: OBAMA POST IT CRISES DAY 937
"Tucker, this story gets more disturbing each day. We now know with certainty that the information on that Post It was:
Milk
Butter
Yogurt
This may be the most disastrous security breach in our history. And the big question is still unanswered: just what was Obama planning on doing with that information?"

and on a social media platform we're all familiar with...

OBAMA IS A TRAITOR! OBAMA SOLD US OUT! RUSSIA NOW KNOWS WE HAVE BUTTER! LOCK HIM UP NOW! GOD BLESS AMERICA! THESE COLORS DON'T RUN! LET'S GO BRANDON! MY WHOLE VOCABULARY COMES FROM BUMPER STICKERS!

comment there's a rumor that the Post It actually says margarine, not butter. But the libs are trying to suppress it.

comment Sky News just reported the Post It also says 'Velveeta'
comment oh my God if that's
true...

comment hey guys, can we talk about Hunter Biden? It's been a while.
Then:
"In my administration, I'm going to enforce all laws concerning the protection of classified information," — Candidate Donald J Trump, Aug. 16, 2016, West Bend, Wisconsin

"On political corruption, we are going to restore honor to our government. In my administration, I'm going to enforce all laws concerning the protection of classified information. No one will be above the law." — Candidate Donald J Trump, Aug. 18, 2016, Charlotte NC

"One of the first things we must do is to enforce all classification rules and to enforce all laws relating to the handling of classified information." — Candidate Donald J Trump, Sept 7, 2016, Philadelphia

The real scandal here is that classified information is illegally given out by "intelligence" like candy. Very un-American!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 15, 2017

Now:
The affidavit used a handful of acronyms when describing the sensitivity of the documents that were recovered from Mar-a-Lago earlier in the year. This alphabet soup is probably confusing to most Americans, but national security experts have said it reveals the horrifying scope of this security breach.

Some of the classified documents that Trump brought with him from the White House to Mar-a-Lago contained markings for “HCS, FISA, ORCON, NOFORN, and SI,” according to the FBI affidavit.

“HCS” indicates that the material is about human sources, or spies, that often work with the CIA. “FISA” relates to court-ordered surveillance collecting foreign intelligence, including wiretaps. “ORCON” means the document is so sensitive that its originator must approve any request to share it. “NOFORN” means the material can’t be shared with any foreign entities, even allies, without permission. “SI,” short for Special Intelligence, relates to signals intercepts, which are typically handled by the National Security Agency.

These phrases confirm what many feared – that the documents that may have been illegally mishandled at Mar-a-Lago contained some of America’s most sensitive secrets.

And what of the 48 EMPTY classified folders? Where in the world did THOSE documents wind up??

@ElwoodBlues No sir you are wrong, you need to do better research, the truth is coming out. I know of two people that are dead from the vaxx and few others very sick from it, and a lot more not sick at all from the vaxx. You have a great day
@fairgame123
You are too unstable to deal with
It seems facts upset some people. Sorry to hear that you are among them!

No sir you are wrong
I eagerly await your data!! Oh, wait, you don't have any data, do you? You have a great data-free day

@samueltyler2 Willful ignorance is unattractive. My links are to the National Archive website. They wrote it.

@robingoodfellow As my profile states

Um, every president leaves the White House with boxes and boxes of documents for storage in their Presidential library. Elite Democrats and their media are counting on total Democrat ignorance of this. When I went to the Reagan library, they noted he had his presidential papers stored there. This is Democrats manufacturing a "crime" against a political rival, like Democrats saw in their beloved Soviet Union.
tindrummer · M
@graphite your ignorance isn't surprising, nor your determination to double down

Nothing surprising here, it's a cult, they've reacted 100% as I had expected them to react as soon as I learned about the inquiry

As a Trump supporter told me on here, something along the lines of “you’ve been wanting Trump arrested for 6 years” and this was after I had published a post about Trump stealing confidential information. I guess in their mind he didn’t steal anything and this is a political witch hunt against him. Someone stealing important information from the government and losing it or possibly selling it should concern anyone.
@SW-User Precisely.

Clinton Advisor breaks into the National Archives to steal documents from the Clinton Administration
https://www.archives.gov/research/recover/notable-thefts.html
Sandy Berger-2003

Fifty-eight year old Sandy Berger, the former National Security Adviser under the Clinton Administration, illegally took classified documents from the National Archives on more than one occasion. During his visits to the Archives, it was determined that Berger folded the documents in his clothes, walked out of the National Archives building in Washington, D.C., and placed them under a nearby construction trailer for retrieval later on. Two years later Berger was sentenced to 100 hours of community service and probation and fined $50,000. He also also had to pay $6,905 for the administrative costs of his two-year probation. Berger also lost his security clearance and license to practice law.

They try to say he did that even though it's false. They keep pretending the documents NARA took to set up his presidential library were taken by him personally.
OggggO · 36-40, M
@DDonde I wasn't talking about Trump. I guess I should have made that clearer, but I was responding to the text of OP's post, not the title.

@SW-User Perfect borrowing!
It's not that they think Trump didn't break the law. It's that they think he CAN'T break the law. This is how cults work.
@BohemianBabe Or they know he is above the law . a law unto himself kind thing.. sad to see
and how many judges he put on the bench should worry any person who is sane
@BohemianBabe I'm not sure they even believe their own silly defences of him on this one. But they defend anyway. They've invested a large chunk of their lives and real emotion in him, if he's out of their lives it means a huge gaping hole for them.
They can't stop now even if they wanted to.

@robingoodfellow absolutely and think about the money they spend on Trump merchandise
Bombshell: Latest court filing from Department of Justice says FBI found 48 EMPTY folders that had “classified” markings on them at Mar-a-Lago. EMPTY is also a big worry now.. where did they go..?

Donald Trump brags about his ability to stymie legit investigations. The more he's allowed to do this the more reasonable doubt of his guilt he's able to create. Stop fooling around!

Anyone remember when they went apocalyptic when Obama had the audacity to wear a beige suit in the Summer?
@Ynotisay And Michelle had the audacity to show her arms. The sky was falling then. But a First Lady with actual nudes all over the Internet — not a word.
@bijouxbroussard I had forgotten about The Great Bare Arms Controversy. It makes me realize nothing from my imagination can match the silliness of their reality.
fairgame123 · 61-69, C
The facts here are just because some left leaning FBI people leaking things news media say Trump took classified documents does not make it true. The fact is the FBI is breaking the law by leaking info to the media. This is the job of the special master to look over the documents and determine what is personal and what is not. Why is everyone so afraid of a special master?
fairgame123 · 61-69, C
@SomeMichGuy I get it your guy knows more than my guy. Something for you to look at. Office of the Federal Register (OFR). Classification Authority. Happy reading. As president he has the right to classify or declassify. I am sure your guy has talked with you about all the leaks.
ron122 · 41-45, M
@BohemianBabe If he declassified them, they can't be classified Boo Boo.
@ron122 He can't declassify them through a standing order. There's a process, and even then, there might be some documents that he's not allowed to declassify.
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
Let's hear about *her* emails.
@Crazywaterspring LOL As already reported *3* were sensitive...out of 30,000!

For my mental health, I need to block anyone who doesn't see this as a problem. There is only so much I can expose myself to Trump's cult of personality.
@Fukfacewillie I think you are right.

It isn't worth an aneurysm either.
The biggest hoax, ever, was and still is Donald J. Trump!
