I think happiness is a long term state or being content while pleasure is temporary

There are two ways to find happiness & joy, internal and external. External is relative and temporary, it changes with circumstances. If you find internal happiness, then you don't look for external.

If you are talking about happiness with pleasure, it's about external. You have to make the circumstances favorable to it for you, then get absorbed in that.

I feel, happiness comes from inside of a person and pleasure comes from outside...
We learn to make our own happiness!
