@whowasthatmaskedman With threats to declare a "state of emergency" to block the mid-terms, Trump's threat to stay in power despite the Constitution, a masked, armed private militia loyal to the president (ICE) due to be issued with shock gloves, it sounds closer to North Korea than Cuba.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@novaguy2u You are probably right. That would be a political decision. Look 20 years down the track and the economy could be more Cuba. With economic embargos meaning nothing new is brought in and anything existring it recycled, repaired and repurposed. That could be an economic outcome.😷
Yes, we fo- its the liberal agenda.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
In truth, MAGA is more destructive to America than Communism ever was. But Hey! Not my problem.,.😷
Rabscuttle · 41-45
Millard Fillmore. Abraham Lincoln. Ronald Reagan. Barack Obama (says something about Illinois, doesn't it?). Jimmy Carter. Dubya. Hell, even Andrew Jackson, if you're that deep into modern historical revisionism.
A century from now, children will be reading the Little Golden Book titled "The boy who cried 'Trump!'", because your histrionics have become so ludicrous that no one who forms their own opinions takes any criticism of the man seriously (anyone else, I'd call it a false flag, but I don't believe the man is capable of self-criticizing). But yes, it's the fans of Trump who are cultish. Sure.

@Rabscuttle Dubya!! 🤣🤣🤣
Bet you probably voted for him too, comrade. Or did you actually vote for Gore?

@Elessar Math is just beyond some people, isn't it?

They have some understanding of drug cartels. And the long term implications of BRICS.
AwesomusPrime · 36-40, M
If they don't like it, it's communism
rinkydinkydoink · M
It's a given. They know everything.

Clearly every American knows that communism is the political enemy of their empire.
Iwillwait · M
Something tells me you don't know what communism is and where the final demise will be once enacted into power.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Iwillwait Any system of government that cant live within its means is under sentence of death. That is as true for Communism as it is for anything else. Look at how Reagan used the Star wars programe to destroy the Russian economy and break up the USSR.. Now America is making the same mistake even more biglier..😷
Iwillwait · M
@whowasthatmaskedman how is America making the same mistake?
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Iwillwait America is spending more than it collects in taxes and importing more than it exports and borrowing year on year ro fund the difference. America had the advantage of the Reserve currency but its losing that as we speak with only about half the words trade in $US now and falling..The US is $40 Trillion in debt and has to borrow more just to pay the interest. And interest rates are taking off. If they dont, inflation will and lower the value of the $US for every American. Those are the only alternatives..😷
Aami1 · 26-30, F
Just a reminder - political groups aren't a single individual with a single brain.
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
@Aami1 Isn't that the point though. The Republican Party of the USA has been somehow morphed into a movement proudly proclaiming NOT to be a traditional political party, defined by a meaningless slogan (MAGA) and owing allegiance to a single personality who lives in a fantasy world and who has surrounded himself with juvenile sycophants.
Aami1 · 26-30, F
@FreddieUK No, the point is not to misuse language (not that you're the arbiter of what -the- point in any given situation is). No matter how much i might disagree with a political group, that in no way makes them a cult, or deserving of unpersoning, or any other such garbage. They are still breathing, thinking, valuable people just like myself and yourself. Ironically, this othering approach you take fits into cult mentality.
Catastrophe · New
There are cultists on both sides and as long as Americans are tribal and polarized in their views, everything will keep getting darker, more expensive and more restrictive.
kodiac · 26-30, M
Does the loony left know the difference between know and now? Probably not since they don't know the difference between a man and a woman
Elessar · 31-35, M
@kodiac You're aware that someone that makes a typo won't necessarily notice it (by the very nature of the kind of mistake), or could choose not to bother editing it, if the typo doesn't significantly impede the comprehension of the text to anyone with an average IQ?
Where are the examples of right wingers saying anything?
I've literally cited in the previous textexample of tds
What's this? Do you suffer from CDS (Communism Derangement Syndrome) by chance? 😬
kodiac · 26-30, M
@Elessar You surely realize this post was not intended to foster discourse or debate ,it was click bait so someone could watch others argue and both of us us fell for it .Does it seem odd the op hasn't responded at all? Game over also i had a typo here but I fixed it, reading what I write eliminates typos

Obviously, you have no clue what it is, or you wouldn't be supporting it.

Not now and never has.

Does MAGA know what communism is? It's really not clear, because MAGA follows whatever Trump says, or whatever they learn from Fox and that's been consistently incorrect.
Taking control of the means of production is a pillar of communism. No progressive candidates are calling for that. At least no one who won.

maga knows very little about anything, maga is the reason they have to put instructions on shampoo bottles.

It's a scam put together by the elites to fool the gullible and make money off their backs. Get a copy of None Dare call it Conspiracy.
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@Munumbis Yeah... the elites are working on the evil marxist agenda that includes:
1. Establishing an income tax
2. Establishing a national bank that isn't part of the governement
3. Have this bank be the holder of National debt
4. Run the national debt, and the interest thereon, sky high through wars (or any sort of deficit spending), starting with World War I
... And they quote a 1959 document... which doesn't predate world war 1, but I guess that might be a slip up.

Abraham Larry went on to write some eco-authoritarian fan fiction for conservatives.
And Garry kept writing about how this cabal of elites is just controlling all these world events, that are all conected... while also being an advisor to a millionaire who got his money in the oil trade. Oh and being a speech writer of the "segregation now, segregation tomorrow, and segregation forever"-guy aka George Wallace. ... Because there has to be a little bit of racism in there somewhere right Munubmbis?
