Neither Democrats nor Socialist Democrats are Communists. Communism has been a Republican scare word since the 50's. America is already a Socialist country to some degree. Democrats just want it to be a little more favorable to those at the bottom rather than the wealthiest people and corporations the way it is now.
Edit: Dit you know that Elon Musk's Space X , one of the wealthiest Corporations on earth has received over $38B in government subsidies. That's Socialism too you know.
