@ElwoodBlues I remember when Trump claimed he got Kim to stop missal testing. I also remember that at that time Kim was building centrifuges to enrich uranium. And it was said he was also working on minie subs that could carry nukes. But Trump did his victory dance anyway. Cheers!

@contrails Personally I don’t know any Democrats who are happy about this president’s erratic behavior, especially since those in charge are ignoring it, which means he remains president. And that means he can cause further damage.

@KunsanVeteran Yep. The US only had 12 THAAD systems and apparently 3 have been destroyed. That is not sustainable attrition.

This is just stupid for the same reason his earlier idea of escorts was a dumb idea and the same reason why an invasion of Karg Island is stupid. All that does is put US Navy ships in a bottleneck and make them easy targets. Hell it is so narrow in the strait that you can use standard howitzers on the mainland to shoot at ships with indirect fire, nevermind missiles and drones which the US has already proven they suck at dealing with. The USN themselves have even publicly stated to congress they effectively no longer have the capability to resupply at sea so even if they shoot down everything in the first waves. Once they run out of missiles the ships would have to flee unarmed to Diego Garcia. It is stupid on so many levels.
And why Diego Garcia? Because the home port of the 5th fleet that was is Bahrain is now a smoking crater again thanks to Trump's stupidity.

When Iran said they were going to charge a $2 million fee for ships to get thru......yesterday I read trump's ex-ambassador to Iran was told to call them and tell them trump liked the idea and if Iran would split with him,,,,,,,,,,he would witthhraw our ships and troops and end this war.
