Trump slapped with second restraining order on Portland

Ruled unconstitutional to go to war with civilians. Honestly, I thought I'd never say this but states need to either deputize people or police enough to be able to arrest groups like the national guard when they're all there knowing there's a restraining order. That's a violation. Any member who follows Trump into states knowing there's an order of protection should be treated as violating that order.

The Judge told him he could not use Oregon National Guard, so he called the California and Texas National guard, then the Judge said he could not use ANY National Guard.
