Trump slapped with second restraining order on Portland

Ruled unconstitutional to go to war with civilians. Honestly, I thought I'd never say this but states need to either deputize people or police enough to be able to arrest groups like the national guard when they're all there knowing there's a restraining order. That's a violation. Any member who follows Trump into states knowing there's an order of protection should be treated as violating that order.

Unfortunately things like those orders only matter in a country where the rule of law still matters.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Honestly I don't know the protocol for when military turns against its civilians. This is new to me that's why I said states need to deputize police under very limited circumstances. Not against civilians but to make sure they can arrest national guard for conducting anything that's not authorized. I understand the military might have to do some things but for other actions if it's deemed illegal, any person caught doing it should be arrested
@SatanBurger Historically and practically. At this point it would require effectively a loyal cadre of the military arresting the ones loyal to trump at the end of a barrel if necessary. That can get real messy by itself.

Actually both what is happening with Trump and what would be required to take action against the oathbreakers are why the original founders of the USA wanted to ban a standing army.
