California School Board Votes to Ban Transgender Athletes from Girls’ Sports, Defying State Policy

On Tuesday, the Kern County Board of Education did something that’s never happened before in California. They voted to ban trans athletes from girls’ sports. First public school board in the state to openly defy Sacramento and side with Trump’s federal definition of Title IX. Let me tell you what this really means – it’s local communities telling the state government where they can stick their radical agenda.

At publishing time, Governor Newsom, interrupting his lunch at the French Laundry, issued a statement to the press: "I think it's absolutely outrageous that the Kern County BOE should deprive mediocre biological male athletes of their Constitutional right to excel in sports. I will immediately issue an executive order to cut state funding to that school district," according to sources close to the situation.

Trans is a psychological perception. In sports, a M2F trans athlete would still have male physiology and generally a advantage. What's wrong with having a division for trans athletes to participate in their own category?

Its not about losing a race, its about unfair advantage or unequal playing field...
