In Russia a hacker can legally hack any thing in any country in the world (excluding Russia). So of coarse they are good at it and maybe even better than the US.
For all we know Putin might be carrying a device that can read and record everything on Trump’s smart phone and maybe even scramble the nuclear foot ball. Not sure about this part but if Putin does find incriminating things on Trumps phone he will file it along side the PP tapes and have more power over Trump. Cheers!

Trump will tell him everything he knows.
Just like a meeting in the WH during his first term, with Russians, there were no members of the free press, and there were no recordings or notes taken on the meeting. What we know of the meeting was reported by the Russian state media, who were allowed to be present.
Rest assured, we will not know what will be said during this sham of a meeting with Putin and Trump on Friday.
