Even they did magically, two wrongs do not make a right legally.

Undocumented immigration is a civil, not criminal matter. It's a misdemeanour, not a felony. However violation of human rights and due process IS a criminal act.

As many legal immigrants and citizens have been arrested simply for being brown and speaking Spanish, this is nothing but a modern Gestapo (Gazpacho Police to you lot).
