Or is this from some machine mind entity we don't know about... The "IRS" is a building, inside the building are people who work in the building. Some of those people are not going to work there much longer. Does it not makesome logical sense that they might be unhappy with this and therefore exaggerate or manipulate information in order to serve their own interests???
