Trump Extreme Golfing Expense

https://thedispatch.com/article/has-donald-trumps-personal-travel-cost-taxpayers-10-7-million/?utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=syndication

Over 10 million spent on golfing in a few months of 2025. Elon where are you, make that cut instead of firing people.

Trump spent well over 100 million his first time in golfing with over 300 trips

See this is exactly what people mean when they talk about TDS. This isn't national security or the economy, its just petty nit picking merely to have something to complain about.

The problem I have with this method of attack is, it's largely a wasted effort. LBJ once said that if he walked across the Potomac river in the morning, the evening headline would be, "President Can't Swim!".

No one cares, and if they do care it's not about this...

@Charity and now we see the problem. You actually believe that nonsense. Jesus loves you, I love you, but you're wasting your time and energy on a fantasy world. And there's nothing anyone can do about it...

@GerOttman

And because Jesus loves me My eyes are Open and it seemed yours would be too, but as written in scripture the God of this world has blinded the eyes of them that believeth not and also written in Scripture God shall send them strong delusions that they shall believe a lie (denying truth).

And please don't try to throw it back at me, anyone with open eyes and honesty see and know what is happening in this country. Well go ahead, the Lord knows and judges, he did say it's harder for a rich man to get into heaven than a camel through the eye of the needle. (And I know what the eye of the needle stands for)

@Charity I feel like you have practiced that speech in a mirror once or twice. Or maybe should have... In any case you are doing noting productive to advance your cause. Your problems are not with Trump or the Republicans, your troubles are owned by the Democrats and liberals who lost to them.

Go get on their case if you want to help your cause advance.

Ahead of these planned inquiries by the GOP, a recent report has found that Biden's regular trips to his home state of Delaware have cost taxpayers at least $11 million. Biden has made close to 57 visits over the last 185 days.

@Prison1203 and Biden wasn't firing people left and right, and 185 days is far less than 60.
Charity · 56-60
@akindheart how come you didn't mention what Trump did for his children spending taxpayers money and his nude model that he calls wife, she deserves to be in front of her name more than Michelle, who is an educated attorney, with an excellent background, that is if Michelle did what you said she did.

How much were Obama’s trips to Hawaii? Or how about Biden’s trips to Delaware every weekend?
Charity · 56-60
@Prison1203 how many trips did Obama take to Hawaii in his 8-YEAR term? 8 years 85 million compared to Trump's 114 million in 4 years and that's just for golfing trips That's not including the other trips. But people like you will always take a dive and leave out the most important part Obama wasn't firing people like Trump is.

@Charity Trump is saving American tax payers a tone of money, would you expect to get paid for not going into work? Or even working at all? These coddled little children that work for the government can’t even write 5 bullet points as yo what they accomplished for work in a week, tell me why he should keep them on the payroll? I’ll wait
So the guy who’s refused a salary twice and owns golf courses is stealing tax payer money?

Get off the crack
SunshineGirl · 36-40, F
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout An annual salary that is less than a third of just one of his weekend golf excursions.

Why do people think that turning down a payment he is contractually entitled to and has actually earned somehow makes up for running a limitless expense account courtesy of the American taxpayer? 🤔
Charity · 56-60
@SunshineGirl you are to the point.

And for those who don't know $400,000 as of now is how much a president is paid annually. And an additional 50,000
to help with his expenses

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout not so much as stealing but definitely using taxpayers money for his private trips. Which one can understand some recreational trips but over 100 million dollars between 2016 and 2020 that's a lot of money. And 10 million and the past 2 months and laying off firing federal workers to decrease government spending. I guess he thinks all people are nuts, actually he doesn't care he where he wants to be and he can do what he wants to do with the taxpayers money. Who's to stop him?

@sunsporter1649

Everyone knows Obama played golf he didn't play as much as Trump and you know this.

Trump in his 4 years golfed more than Obama and his 8 years, that's double.
Obama wasn't firing people left and right either and closing down organization some which are important left and right.

But naturally far too many people DELIBERATELY miss the point, if trump can stand 10 million golfing in 2 months trump can let people keep their jobs, it's hypocrisy.
