Why havent Trump strikred a deal with Putin

And end the war in ukraine as he promised is it because he hasd no leverage over Putin and Putin not being intressted in making a deal with Trump.

If the war ended tomorrow, Russia's economy would collapse right away. Putin will never voluntarily agree to a permanent ceasefire.

The only way you can get a ceasefire is by forcing Russia to surrender. Let it be their (second) Afghanistan

Trump IS looking after the United States Of America (which we haven't seen since the Reagan days.)
He WILL make the rich deadbeat countries (who currently enjoy our military protection for zero cost) to either PAY UP or lose our military presence, bases and equipment. And unlike the last two TRAITORS (Biden and Obama) Trump is not going to leave billions of dollars of American military hardware behind for a bunch of ragheads to use.
