Do you hope your Mullah friends will win?

@samueltyler2 i did. Anything you want to point out that suggests something different than what I said?
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@trollslayer I simply said that the article discusses a desire to educate the students in history, not to ban it, while you picked on isolated comment..
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@samueltyler2 yes, from a more liberal city and against the policies of the Israel Education Ministry. One city trying to buck the policy of brainwashing children for decades.
SlaveEt · 36-40, F
I keep waiting for Israel to take the gloves off and just finish the BS Iran keeps starting. That whole area is forever fighting and squabbling over total nonsense!😡
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@SlaveEt I can't answer that, but history tells us that the near constant war since the 1940s hasn't resulted in any solution. And the USA taking out Saddam Hussein made things worse.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@SlaveEt
And I suppose you believe Marry really was a virgin too?
Excuse me but if you remove that assumption, what'll be of Christianity? In case you hadn't noticed they love him for his superpowers, not because he was the sorta-socialist son of a random carpenter in 0 a.D. Palestine

I read it was 180 missiles and the Israeli's are reporting no causalities.
I think it's sort of natural that when things like those go down you start thinking about your "team."
And I REALLY hope my "team" doesn't decide they need to play in this game any more than they already are.
Israel elected a criminal and a madman. This is what happens when you do that. Always feel for innocent people but those innocent people shouldn't have put him in office. Again.

No, Israel wanted to be left alone. The day following the Hamas attack Hezbollah began it's attack on Northern Israel and never stopped. And all backed by Iran.
Unlearn · 41-45, M
Iran will now see Israel's response
independentone · M
I really don't care, Israel started it, I would like to see the US stay completely out of it.
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@independentone without the USA this wouldn't be happening.
independentone · M
@Roundandroundwego I agree, and since Israel wants money and weapons but refuses to listen to anyone else, the US would be best to just cut ties with Israel and let them go it alone.

I don't think this is what Israel wants. What they want is to push all Palestinians out of the West Bank and Gaza and annex that territory without international pushback.
Too bad others object to being forced out of their land and want to fight them by any means possible.

Bumbles · 51-55, M
@trollslayer Hamas didn’t attack Israel to stop them from occupying Gaza.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@Bumbles Of course not. I was referring more to the West Bank, and the violence there.
Bumbles · 51-55, M
@trollslayer Yeah, agree with you about the West Bank, but Hamas just wanted to blow up the status quo. So, they succeeded in that.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
What have you been using?
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@JSul3 I wish there could be a peaceful solution. For thousands of years the Jews have tried to achieve such. They have been forced to defend their existence more times than I can even number let alone description be. The Hamas attack was just part of the recent efforts to kill Jews. Hezbollah has been lobbing missiles and. Military incursions on a daily basis since. I hate to see any deaths. Do you believe anyone has the right to self defense?
JSul3 · 70-79
@samueltyler2 Yes I do ...but look at the land grab by Netanyahu in the west bank with illegal settlements. He wants all of the land and will level it in order to get it.
The head of the UN was not allowed to enter Israel. Why? You can't meet and discuss?
Now Bibi is telling people in Lebanon to flee because he's about to bomb the area, just like he told those in Gaza to flee and bombed them. Just where are these people to go? It is their home.
Netanyahu does not seek a cease fire. He does not seek hostages being released. He wants war because it keeps him in power.
Who aided Israel in shooting down those Iranian missiles? The US and other allies. Israel did not do it alone.
Past time for war criminal Netanyahu to seek an end to the war, not expand it further.

ISRAEL don't want this..................Netanyahu wants this. He is up on dozens of big jail time charges that he NEVER wants to come to trial. So he knows as long as a war is going on Israel will not replace the head of the military...........him. Gaza has been bombed into the ground. He has leveled almost every square inch of Gaza so the handwriting is on the wall....that war is drawing to an end. So......................time to start another one on another front. This is ONLY about Netanyahu.....not Israel.
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@MaBalzEsHari Sort of. I mean yes he has legal issues and that the war postpones having to deal with it. But the Israeli public only has an issue with him over corruption allegations not over Gaza.
If anything public opinion is even more bloodthirsty.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow They want a ceasefire and hostages brought home.
Bibi does not care.

@JSul3 A small minority does. But they are often treated like collaborators.
Most of them also tend to live in western diasporas.

Hezbollah fan?
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@Bumbles Strange bedfollows when they are the only ones willing to try and stop a genocide besides the Houthis.
Bumbles · 51-55, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I suspect many approve of Hezbollah, but doesn’t seem like Israel does.

War or the population meddling in governance? War, of course!
