Putin already won in Ukraine, and it will rearm using North Korean and Chinese Tanks, maybe even Indian tanks, but it will be a much smaller percentage than before (albeit newer) as to what he had in stock. Russia still wants Hegemony over Central Asia, which is less of a guarantee now given it's armor corps attrition in Ukraine, but still capable under the right commanders (but only after the Ukrainian War ends).

Biden doesn't appear to be functioning as a Commander in Chief. I'm sure he still recieves briefings, but Kamala is making claims about having significant influence on military decisions, stuff she is specifically blocked from being allowed to have delegated to her by the US Constitution (she can do anything except control the military when the president is incapacitated, which he has been for some time, until she is sworn in as POTUS in her own right).

Biden wasn't even aware Secretary of Defence Austin was hospitalized, which confused the living daylights out of me until more recently when Kamala started hinting she was running military affairs. It's likely he has been reporting to her, even though he has military dictorial powers constitutionally given Biden is no longer able to function as President. So whatever Joe Biden says in terms of military affairs is debatable in terms of accuracy (he has dementia) and in terms of US Policy, as he seems no longer to be the policy maker anymore. How many times have we seen a power struggle play out between what the White House officially releases and then Biden reacting and saying the opposite, or Biden saying something and the white house later on back tracking, reassuring everyone that isn't really what the official policy is? It's been going on for years.
@Dignaga I hear you on Biden and Harris. But Joe for all his issues is still the Commander in Chief.
He too is a vindictive person and it’s not like he is out of commission; and there are those in our military until he is officially out of office, who will follow his dictates.
I said he is vindictive and that is dangerous. I believe he is devastated that he was forced to quit the race; but he is still the president and unless there possibly is a 7 days in May scenario, this business with him along with the U.K. holding sway over Zelinsky using the missiles is IMO extremely dangerous.
He and the UK Prime minister are the ones who will actually send those weapons against Russia. Zelensky is a mere puppet. The war parties will be the U.S. and the U.K. Putin will respond.

@Dignaga he lost 2500
He has in stock 22 000

Biden does not know that. Biden right now is inching the world closer WW3 as he and the UK play games with the missiles they have given to but not authorized Zelensky to use.
If their use is condoned and Zelensky uses them, it will be on the heads of Biden and the PM of the U.K. .
Russia may well retaliate. That’s not good.
He is not at all sure. He is just spreading a message of determination. He knows full well that it's all about Russia at this stage. It is Russia who will determine if Russia wins the war, not Ukraine or the West. The West hopes that Russia will run out of troops, money or enthusiasm. There is no guarantee that any of those will happen. If Putin is determined to stay the course then there will have to be a peace deal where Ukraine concedes territory and the West knows that too and will likely demand it sooner or later. The US/the West are not going to go to war with Russia over Ukraine and Putin knows that.

Basically, expect an ending where Russia gains large parts of the east of Ukraine. It's either that or Ukraine will be the next Palestine.

are the West still hope for Russia's decline in a long term ?
It's not just mere hope – we will make sure the days of the tyrants will be over soon.

More like he -- and most of free Europe and the free world in general -- want Russia to stop invading other countries in an attempt to expand Putin's dictatorship.
Russia does have problems, which is why Putin tries to direct attention away with a very unpopular war, killed his opposition, and was nearly overthrown by an internal military coup.

Russia is using 60% of GDP on war . For each year of the war Russia goes like 8 years back from post war. There is two kinds of Russia , big cities and the rest. Except war industry the rest of sectors are falling into ruin. The problem is Russia is slowly becoming part of China and USA don't give a shit where is border between Russia and Ukraine. 2-3 more years of this war and Russia will be very weak and if war stops there there will be industrial crash in Russia. What keeps Russia alive is oil price.
Let's hope so. I certainly hope for Russia's decline.
