Trump declares that it would be a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS if he were to be elected president. Or at least that's what he said in 2016. Roll tape:

[media=https://youtu.be/ebympHHNU5w?t=66]

Trump said that because Clinton might be found guilty of a felony, it would be crazy if she were elected President. It would grind the government to a halt....
He goes on to assert that such a circumstance would make it IMPOSSIBLE for the president to govern.

Well Mr. Trump is not just charged with felony but CONVICTED of felony on 34 counts.

How do the Trump loyalists reconcile the words from his mouth with his current predicament?

My prediction: deafening SILENCE or at best, cries of conspiracy.

I really wish I could hear the private discussions and thoughts of all the republican politicians still publicly supporting him. Like how much of a weight around their necks are they feeling this guy is right now. I'm sure their private thoughts are a lot less supportive than their public words
@ViciDraco

It must be stressful.
And yet anything to have Republicans in power and who cares what that means for the country they ostensibly serve.
